29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) Located on the north wall of the, the P104 product conveyor had a power cord which was pulled out of its fitting. Employees were exposed to a potential shock hazard from the cord which was subjected to abrasion. The conveyor would be energized to 220 volts AC.
