29 CFR 1910.178(k)(1): The brakes of highway trucks shall be set and wheel chocks placed under the rear wheels to prevent the trucks from rolling while they are boarded with powered industrial trucks. On or about December 14, 2015, a trailer positioned at Dock #18 was not chocked prior to employees entering the container with a powered industrial vehicle, exposing employees to fall and crushed by injuries.
