29 CFR 1910.0067(c)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the anchor point provided was not worn by employees while working from an aerial lift: a) 637 West Edgar Road, Shoprite Parking Lot, Linden, NJ 07036. The employer allowed his employees to work on and from an aerial lift, changing light bulbs in parking lot lights while not wearing any fall protection, i.e. body belt/body harness with lanyard. Condition occurred on or about 12/30/2015.
