29 CFR 1910.217(c)(3)(iv)(d): Pullout device(s) on mechanical power press(es) were not visually inspected and checked for proper adjustment at the start of each operator shift, following a new die setup, and when operators were changed: a) For employees working at 6610 33rd Street East in Sarasota, as observed on or about December 21, 2015. Employees were operating a brake press with pull back safeguarding devices that were not inspected for proper adjustment prior to the start of a new shift. Employees were exposed to an amputation hazard.
