29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(A): Surface conditions where the vehicle will be operated were not maintained to keep the truck from tipping over. On or about December 9, 2015 at the Universal intermodal company- employees operating the Taylor empty container handler were exposed to tip over hazards in that that yards surface conditions were uneven due to dozens of pot holes throughout the loading areas. Abatement verification for this item is required.
