29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or  were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve:  a) Lime Kiln Area: On or about January 4, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed to calcium carbonate and calcium oxides resulting from improperly storing a respirator on the desk.    b) Coal Dock Area: On or about January 4, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed to coal dust resulting from storing respirators from a hook in the Control Room for the Coal House.
