On or about 12/31/2015, at the north-west corner of 109-15 72nd Road. Forest Hills, NY    Employees underpinning an adjacent property in an unprotected excavation 3 ft. x 2 ft. x 8 ft. in depth were exposed to the hazard of cave-in. A competent person did not conduct an inspection prior to the start of work.      ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
