1910.26(c)(2)(iv): Ladders must be maintained in good usable condition at all times: On or about January 4, 2016, the employer failed to ensure the Werner 8 foot aluminum ladder, which is used in the back room storage/office area, was in good stable condition prior to being used. Specifically, the ladder had a significant bend in the second support rung up from the bottom on the rear and also did not have a max weight limit noted on the ladder anywhere.
