29 CFR 1910.36(g)(1): The ceiling of an exit route was not at least seven feet six inches (2.3 m) high and/or any projection from the ceiling reached a point less than six feet eight inches (2.0 m) from the floor.   In the event of an unforeseen emergency such as fire or release of chemical, employees were exposed to asphyxiation and fire hazards in that adequate egress was not provided in the following areas:  a) On the Harvest floor, underneath the rump stand, a hanging light in the exit route was found to be approximately 62 inches from the floor.      b) On the Processing floor, at the south end of BT-3, the exit route was found to be approximately 5 feet in height due to an overhead conveyor above the exit route.
