Prospective employers and contractors, including but not limited to plumbers, electricians, window installers and framers were not notified that the thermal system insulation (TSI) on boilers contained 35-40% Chrysotile asbestos, plaster contained 2% Chrysotile asbestos; and floor tiles and aircell pipe insulation were considered PACM.       Condition observed on or about 11/24/15 and 1/11/16.
