29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure, and were not specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section: Near the front of the workshop. On or about January 6, 2016, employees were exposed to fire hazards, in that an extension cord hung from the ceiling down to the floor, and was used to plug in power tool chargers.
