29 CFR 1910.106(h)(8)(iii): "Waste and residues." Combustible waste material and residues in a building or operating area shall be kept to a minimum, stored in closed metal waste cans, and disposed of daily. On or about 01/06/2016, in the new weather stripping assembly room, the combustible waste generated while workers filled application pens with glue, was neither stored in closed metal waste can nor removed daily.
