29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: a) On or about January 27, 2016 the floors of the settling tank rooms were not kept in a dry condition from seals leaking water onto the concrete floor. b) On or about January 6, 2016 the floor on the west side of the diesel fire pump house was not kept in a dry condition, creating a slip and/or fall hazard. c) On or about January 6, 2016 the floor in the corner of the Unit 4 transformer was not kept in a dry condition after an emergency fire hose had been flushed, creating a slip and/or fall hazard.
