29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) At 301 Gulf Shores Parkway, Gulf Shores, Alabama: On or about January 5, 2016 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees working from a truck mounted aerial lift were using fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 13.4 feet. b) At 301 Gulf Shores Parkway, Gulf Shores, Alabama: On or about January 5, 2016 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees working from a truck mounted aerial lift were using fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 21 feet.
