29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, fall arrest systems, safety nets, or other equivalent means:  JOBSITE:  The employees performing roofing activities on low sloped (4 in 12 pitched) roofs were not protected from the hazard of falling between 8 feet 1 inch to 10 feet 3 inches to the ground by the use of guardrail systems, fall arrest systems, or other equivalent means.
