29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: Outside Gated Walkway - The area in front of the gate used while disposing of trash into the dumpster was not orderly in that there were beams and cinder blocks on the outside of the gate creating a tripping hazard.
