29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Extruder 6, A. Schulman Custom Compounding NE, Inc., 53 Millbrook Street, Worcester, Massachusetts; The flexible cord on the bottom of extruder 6 had been pulled from the strain relief which would allow pull being directly transmitted to the terminal screws inside the male plug.
