29 CFR 1926.302(e)(2): The tool was not tested each day before loading to see that safety devices are in proper working condition. The method of testing to be in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended procedure. On or about January 7, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while operating a Hilti powder actuated nail gun.
