OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.    On 1/4/16, at the Shady Dale, Ga facility, employees and subcontracted employees were exposed to collapse and fall hazards as dock platforms in use had the following deficiencies:     1 - Ramps used at the dock were not equipped with guardrails exposing employees to 10 ft falls  2 - Dock platforms were not equipped with guardrails exposing employees to 10 ft falls  3 - Stairs leading to the dock platform were missing  4 - Stairs were equipped with a single upper rail only and were not equipped with a intermediate guardrail
