29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Flexible cords and cables were used where run through doorways, windows, or similar openings:    On or prior to January 7, 2016 employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard in that an electrical cord was run under a closed door from production supervisors office to electrical systems area to power tools and equipment, subjecting the electrical cord to abrasion.
