29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard: a) On January 7, 2015, in the Distribution Center Warehouse Area adjacent to the restrooms and offices, employees were exposed struck-by injuries, in that pallets of products are being stored in the aisle way obstructing the operator vision of pedestrians stepping out to cross over the main aisle way. Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.

Pallets of products are being stored in the aisle way obstructing the operator vision of pedestrians stepping out to cross over the main aisle way.
