OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees riding as passenger on a front end loader that was not equipped with additional seats, seat  belts and rollover protective structure:   On or about January 7, 2016, at the above addressed job site, an employee was exposed to struck-by and caught in between hazards when riding as passenger on a backhoe that was not equipped with additional seats, seat belts and rollover protective structure.
