29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: (a) Garage Area, 3074 Trafford Road, Murrysville, PA 15668: On or before January 6, 2016, employees were exposed to fall hazards while performing preventive maintenance on a refrigerated trailer. The employer did not provide fall arrest equipment to protect those working at approximately 13 feet 5.5 inches. In the alternative, 29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toe boards: (a) Garage Area, 3074 Trafford Road, Murrysville, PA 15668: On or before January 6, 2016, employees were exposed to fall hazards while performing preventive maintenance on a refrigerated trailer. The employer did not provide a protective railing for those working at approximately 13 feet 5.5 inches.
