29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toe boards: a) For employees working at 5270 Orange River Blvd in Fort Myers, as observed on or about 7 January, 2016. Employees were cleaning the roofs of the recreational vehicles at a height above 4 four feet without being protected from falling. Employees were exposed to a fall height of up to approximately 12 feet 4 inches.
