29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems were not installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews.      On or about January 8, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, subcontractor employees were performing masonry operations from a tubular welded frame scaffold that was not provided with a complete guardrail system, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
