29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 4th Floor - On or about January 8, 2016 employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working 34 feet 4.25 inches above concrete with no guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system.
