29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. (a) Warehouse - where employees were required to handle corrosive chemicals, including but not limited to Clorox Bleach, the emergency eyewash station was not immediately available for use due to equipment being stored around it, on or about January 12, 2016. No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) Warehouse - employees working in the warehouse that were required to store and retrieve boxes of product including but not limited to Clorox Bleach, a corrosive chemical, had not been provided hazard communication training on the hazardous nature of the products, on or about January 12, 2016. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
