29 CFR 1910.335(b)(2): Barricades were not used in conjunction with safety signs where it was necessary to prevent or limit employee access to work areas in which employees were exposed to uninsulated energized conductors or circuit parts: 10 Maple Street, Ware, MA: On or about January 11, 2016 employees were exposed to uninsulated energized conductors and circuit parts in excess of 50V from a Haefely Hipotronics, 700 series AC Dielectric tester. Employees were not restricted from accessing the work areas while parts were energized by barricades in conjunction with posted safety signs. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
