29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1):  The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   On January 13, 2016, employees were not protected from a fall while walking/working on the roof of a commercial property, exposing the employees to falls up to 15 feet.   Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
