29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a. Along the south wall, a portable extension cord was installed as fixed wiring while supplying power to a metal junction box, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard, on or about 1/13/2016. b. In the break room, a portable extension cord was installed as fixed wiring while supplying power to two microwaves, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard, on or about 1/13/2016. c. At CNC machine #3, a portable extension cord was used as fixed wiring to supply power to CNC machine #3, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard, on or about 1/13/2016.
