29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: (a) On or about 01/09/2016 - Line 2 Assembly, Line Side (Column 2B22), the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from struck by hazards when aisles where lineside products are delivered were not clear to safely allow safe passageway for Tugger Operators and carts.
