29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE):    On or about January 13, 2016, at this location, employees were involved with rubber waste reclamation and rubber re-processing where they were exposed to hazardous chemicals. The employer did not perform a hazard assessment for each job task.
