29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(ii): On a construction site, where an assured equipment grounding program was not utilized, all 120-volt, single-phase, 15 and 20 ampere receptacle outlets which were not a part of the permanent wiring of the building or structure and which are in use by employees did not have approved ground fault circuit interrupers for personal protection. a) Worksite; 404 Grand Ave., Brooklyn, NY Employee used receptacles not having ground fault circuit interrupters to power equipment including, but may not be limited to, temporary lighting strings, electric heat cable, and power tools. Equipment was used in areas having considerable moisture on, or about, 01/11/2016. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
