29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: (a) Docket Room, Rear Room - Employee was working a room where the exit access pathway had been reduced to less than 28 inches at some points because of boxes of files stored in the area, on or about January 14, 2016. The Internal Revenue Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1017644, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on August 11, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at 801 9th Street, NW, 4th Floor, Washington, DC 20224. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
