29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a)  1470 Taylor Road, Montgomery AL - On or about January 12, 2016 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work on the canopy of a commercial building that had unprotected edges exposing employees to a 14.11 feet fall to the ground below.
