29 CFR 1910.253(b)(5)(ii)(I): Cylinders were not kept far enough away from the actual welding or cutting operation so that sparks, hot slag, or flame would not reach them: CYLINDER STORAGE: On or about January 13, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to the physical hazard of fire and being struck by rupturing compressed gas cylinders while welding approximately 105 inches (8.75 feet) from the fuel and oxygen cylinder storage area.
