29 CFR 1910.253(e)(5)(v): Hose showing leaks, burns, worn places, or other defects rendering it unfit for service were not repaired or replaced: a) Scrap metal cutting area; on January 12, 2016 and times prior the employer allowed employees to operate a cutting torch with hoses repaired using copper tubing and hose clamps creating the possible leaking of gases creating an explosive atmosphere.
