29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(1): Employers shall train employees regarding the new label elements and safety data sheets format by December 1, 2013:    The employer failed to ensure that employees were trained regarding the new label elements and safety data sheets format by December 1, 2013. Employees were not trained on the new labeling requirements for chemicals in the workplace.    Abatement certification is required for this violation.  Abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation.
