29 CFR 1926.34(a): Building or structure exits were not so arranged and maintained as to provide free and unobstructed egress from all parts of the building or structure at all times when it was occupied:    a. 45 US Route 206, Raritan, NJ - Exits from Ultimate Tan (Between 45B &  45C) - Raritan Crossing        Emergency exits were not kept unobstructed.  The employer allowed materials used in construction activities to be placed in the egress path of adjoining businesses. Employees and customers of Ultimate Tan were not provided free egress from all parts of the building.     Violation observed on or about January 16, 2016

Employees engaged in construction activities used flexible cords that were damaged and pulled away from the strain relief of the cord end.    Violation observed on or about January 16, 2016
