(a) Coronado NF-Supervisor's Office, Break Room/Printer Room (5-M): On or about January 11, 2016, a relocatable power tap (RPT) was used to power two refrigerators. Relocatable power taps (RPTs) are only listed to be used for low amperage devices such as computers and their peripherals. The U.S. Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1061654, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 20, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at Prescott NF, Chino Valley Ranger District, Chino Valley, AZ.

The U.S. Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1910.304(b)(4)(II)(B)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 982060, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 22, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Angeles NF, Supervisor's Office, Arcadia, CA.

The U.S. Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 982190, citation number 2, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on December 19, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Angeles NF, Valyermo Fire Station, Valyermo, CA.
