(a) Coronado NF-Santa Catalina RD, Warehouse: On or about January 12, 2016, and at times prior thereto, a sprinkler head located above shelving had a vertical clearance distance of 10 inches. The sprinkler head was located next to the solid flammable storage cabinet and the shelving interfered with the sprinkler head discharge pattern.
