29 CFR 1910.37(b)(1): Each exit route was not adequately lighted so that an employee with normal vision can see along the exit route: (a) Coronado NF-Safford RD, fire bay: On or about January 15, 2016, emergency lighting did not exist to adequately light the exit route. The U.S. Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1061654, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/20/2015 with respect to a workplace located at Chino Valley RD, Chino Valley, AZ 86323.
