No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(iii): The employer did not assure that each employee has been trained, as necessary, by a competent person in the correct use and operation of personal fall arrest equipment.  a)   Student Officer's Quarters, Quantico Marine Corp Base: On or about 01/12/2016, employees were not properly trained in the use of the Guardian Temper anchor part 00445 in that employees thought the worker weight capacity range written on the anchor was the combined weight of employees. The manufacturer instruction specified one man per anchor.      Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
