29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):   Front side of residential home, On or about January 14, 2016, employees were exposed to falls greater than 10 feet in height to the ground level below, when working from the work platform of the scaffold, which had only three scaffold planks and at other levels only one, while installing the lath to the wall.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): Each platform greater than 10 feet in length shall not extend over its support more than 18 inches (46 cm), unless it is designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilevered end.  Front side of residential home, On or about January 14, 2016, employees were exposed to falls greater than 10 feet in height to the ground level below, when working from the work platform of the scaffold, which had only three scaffold planks and extended approximately 24 inches pasted the frame support, while installing the lath to the wall.
