29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Crystalline Silica listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 50 micrograms per cubic meter of air (0.05 milligrams per cubic meter of air):  At the fabrication area located at 2727 E Adamo Dr., #B, Tampa, FL 33605:   (a) For employee that was grinding, cutting, and polishing natural stone/granite that was exposed to Crystalline Silica in excess of 0.147 milligrams per cubic meter of air of the PEL, with 8 hour TWA exposure levels of for employee was 3.17 mg/m3 and severity of 7.62 over a 362 minute sampling period, on or about 01/28/2016.
