29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Identification Systems, Inc. / 10043 Peach St., Girard, PA 16417: On or about January 15, 2016, the employer did not have a written hazard communication program. Employees worked with and around hazardous substances that include but is not limited to, Zep Dazzle, Dirtex, SAE 75W90, Tri-Flow, 3M Blue 72 and Zep 45.
