29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about January 12, 2016, during the structural framing and installation of first floor exterior walls at a job site located at 1379 Elizabeth Ct, Kent, Ohio 44240; the employer did not ensure employees working on the Northeast corner of the first floor of a new construction single family home were protected from a fall of approximately 10 feet by utilizing a fall protection system.
