29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, and fittings were not protected from abrasion:    a)    Old Guard Barracks Building 247:  On or about 12/29/2015, abrasion protection was not provided at the top of the 120 volts breaker panel where the wiring for the temporary lights passed through, thereby exposing employees to a possible electrical shock hazard.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
