1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) Green Line - Employees were removing wood off the conveyor line near an unguarded sprocket and chain approximately 3 feet from the floor, exposing employees to a potential amputation hazard, observed on or about 1-15-16. b) Brewer Machine Area- Employees were operating the Brewer machine with a partially guarded chain and sprocket on the machine conveyor approximately 3 feet from the floor, exposing employees to a potential amputation hazard, on or about 1-13-16.
