29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket: a)- Building Exterior: An employee was observed working from an aerial lift basket in which the worker was not secured to the lift basket exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20ft to the concrete below. Condition noted on or about 01/15/2016. b)- Building Interior: An employee was observed working within the lift basket not wearing a personal fall arrest harness another was not secured via a lanyard to the lift basket exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately 20ft to the ground below. Condition noted on or about 01/15/2016.
